Webcam not importing pictures
Updated
by Andres Andresson
If db.web.browser is not importing pictures for a webcam it is most likely that the pictures are on a network drive and db.web.browser is configured to run as a service.
What is needed to do is to configure db.web.browser service with a logon user.
- Open the Service list (Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services) and located vdv_db.web.browser.
- Right click and select Properties
- Click This Account and select Browse..
Select a user account which should be used for the service. - Click Apply.
- Finally, restart the service by right click and select Restart.
