To export the setting from the File Converter, open a file browser on the VDV-server and navigate to "\VDV File Converter\data\".
Once in the folder, locate the files "vdv_convert_files.ini" and "vdv_file_format.ini".
The first file contains all the file locations with the associated site and the latter the setting for all the configured file formats.
Take a copy of the two ".ini" files, backing up all the settings for the File Converter.
