Contacts are assigned to a Contact Group and are used to send out email notifications. One or multiple Contacts can be in each Contact Group and the same Contact can be in multiple Contact Groups.
Create a Contact
Go to Setup > Contact
If there are no contacts there then click in top right corner.
You can have multiple emails separated by a comma.
NOTE: If you need text message alarms contact us at email@example.com
Create a Contact Group
Go to Setup > Contact Group
If there is no Contact Group available click in top right corner.
Name the Group, other settings can be left as is.
Assign Contacts to a Group
Now we have Contacts and Contact Group ready and can go ahead and connect them together.
Click on the contact icon marked with red box.
Select the Contact to add and click on the Arrow to add it to the Group.
